How Investing My Energy Into My Own Strengths Replenishes Me

inspired woman in strengths coaching

At the beginning of January my energy was low and I knew the fastest, most certain way to tap into new inspiration in my business and life was by digging deeper into my Strengths

So, rather than jumping into the new year, I slowly walked.

It’s exactly what inspired me to relaunch our 21-Day Strengths-Challenge, which so many of you have participated in with me! I loved hearing your takeaways and how this Strengths sprint has been helping you not only in the short-term, but has really allowed you to envision what longer-term career success might look like for you.

I’m officially reinspired– and it’s all thanks to you and sharing your gifts with me!

This week, I’m pouring over your DMs and notes from the challenge. As I do, I wanted to share some key takeaways I heard from those who participated in our 21-Day Strengths Journey.

  • Tapping into my strengths gave me resilience after a setback

  • Tapping into strengths allowed me to advocate for what I need most

  • Tapping into strengths gave me the clarity and confidence to show up for performance development conversations.

Taking a Strengths-Based approach creates cascading change through teams

In a moment in time when it can feel tempting to focus on suffering - it’s more important than ever to study human flourishing
. Embracing a Strength-Based approach is about optimizing your personal potential, team potential, and creating a cascading change in your company that advocates for happier, more empowered and enabled employees.

If you joined us for the challenge, you likely left feeling a bit more seen. Perhaps you even have a pep in your step knowing how much you can bring to the table. But you might also be wondering… ok, now what? How can I deepen this awareness? How can I apply what I learned about my unique Strengths to my day-to-day life and ongoing career success?

Inside our group coaching program Activate, we’ll teach you how to take this awareness and deploy it in the workplace. Through trainings, group coaching, and ongoing accountability, you’ll learn to both maximize your unique potential AND mitigate those professional places you feel most vulnerable.
